Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Jabronies is an informal community group, not a company. This page explains what happens to your information if you contact us or, once it ships, use the "Get involved" form on this site.
What we collect
Right now this site collects nothing automatically — there are no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party trackers of any kind. When the "Get involved" form ships, submitting it will send us whatever you type into it: your name, email, optional phone number, which option you picked, and an optional message.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed straight to the one guy who checks the Jabronies inbox. Nothing is stored in a database. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
As long as it sits in that inbox — there's no separate retention schedule because there's no separate database. Server logs (just enough to keep the site running) are kept for 14 days.
Cookies and tracking
None. No cookies, no analytics, no ad pixels, no session tracking. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, there's nothing here for it to opt you out of — we already don't track you.
Photos
We only post event photos with the consent of the people clearly identifiable in them. If you'd like a photo of you taken down, email us at the address on our Get involved section and we'll remove it — no questions, no hassle.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We follow New York's SHIELD Act by keeping the information we handle to the minimum needed and not storing anything we don't have to.
Children
This site isn't directed at children. If a form submission ever comes from someone we believe is a minor without a parent, we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
